If you would like to understand more about the technical methodology for this analysis I will present below, go to a prior article here. For this article I am simply going straight to the results analysis.
But first, a clarification (primarily for the trolls).
This analysis is NOT about the following points.
proving that 1 person voted 2 or more times
proving that any one person voted illegally
proving that a mail in ballot was delivered to a ballot harvester
Got it (trolls)?
The point of this analysis IS rather to…
show with the state’s very own data…..that there is a significant amount of “churn” on voter registration records around the time that mail in ballots are being sent out.
show that some of the SAME Voter IDs year after year are being “churned”.
and most importantly, ask the question, if a publicly available audit trail is NOT available (which it is not the case in this state) how can the general public be rest assured that the registration database is being administered properly? This is the definition of MALADMINISTRATION.
Summary Analysis
For this analysis, I am using the same county data and periods of time as my prior post here. The change is that for this analysis, the HASH is much more sensitive to period changes because the HASH consists of the following fields.
[@[VOTER_ID]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[LAST_NAME]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[FIRST_NAME]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MIDDLE_NAME]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[NAME_SUFFIX]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[STATUS_CODE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[HOUSE_NUM]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[HOUSE_SUFFIX]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[PRE_DIR]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[STREET_NAME]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[STREET_TYPE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[POST_DIR]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[UNIT_TYPE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[UNIT_NUM]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[RESIDENTIAL_CITY]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[RESIDENTIAL_ZIP_CODE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[RESIDENTIAL_ZIP_PLUS]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[EFFECTIVE_DATE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[REGISTRATION_DATE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@STATUS]&"_"&TABLE1[@[STATUS_REASON]]&"_"&TABLE1[@PARTY]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MAIL_ADDR1]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MAIL_ADDR2]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MAIL_ADDR3]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MAILING_CITY]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MAILING_ZIP_CODE]]&"_"&TABLE1[@[MAILING_ZIP_PLUS]]
What this means is that any change, including a change to single character between periods for a given Voter ID record will show up as a change between periods. The net result of this hash analysis is below for 2023.
To be clear, DELETE does not mean the Voter ID disappeared from month to month. It does mean that the HASH for that Voter ID does not show up on the next month in that period. The same concept applies to the ADDS. In other words, this is a measure of the amount of changes to that Voter IDs HASH from month to month.
The first conclusion is that if we assume, based on the above chart, the average churn rate is ~ 30,000 records per month (ADDS + DELETES), this would be approximately 12 x 30,000 = 360,000 changes to the Voter ID records over the course of 1 year for ONE county with ~ 500,000 registered voters, as a reasonable approximation. (An upcoming article will calculate this exactly).
Who is making these 360,000 changes to one counties registration roll?
When are they being made?
Why are they being made?
Is the voter aware of these changes?
From what physical source are the changes coming from? Clerk’s office, state agency, NGO, drivers license bureau, fraud? All of the above?
Here is the main point.
If you have this level of heavy churn happening…..where is the 100% complete audit trail for this database that controls where ballots are mailed to? Why does this database permit the entry of BAD data? Amazon has figured out how to force correct address to be entered on orders so clearly, the technical capability exists.
Ever hear of DPV?
These questions are worth asking….
Detailed Analysis
Now let’s get into the weeds. You literally have to look at the churn on a character by character basis and ask yourself, “Does the voter registration record represent how a human being would behave?”
All data has been made anonymous by placing a “?” on the records.
Also, I am highlighting here in the following 3 cases that the same Voter IDs are being churned in successive years by showing 2022 data as well.
Case 1 Republican
To start this person is registered at a single family home but the HASH is deleted in Sept 2022.
Then is added back in Oct 2022 with a different residence that is an apartment.
Then is deleted in November 2022 but then is added back in Dec 2022 with a change of status to “Failed To Vote” with same address.
Now looking at 2023, in August is deleted. But notice by that time, this person had registered with yet a different residence and mailing address.
Here is the residence from Aug 2023.
Here is the mailing address.
The mailing address is the Driver’s License Bureau.
Continuing on. That HASH is then deleted Sep 2023 but added back with a different residence and no mailing address. The residence is an apartment.
The next month Oct 2023, that HASH is deleted then added back again with a different residence than the prior month.
The next month Nov 2023 that HASH is deleted but added back again with only a change in Status of Returned Mail.
Ya don’t say? What a surprise the mail was returned?
In summary, over 8 months across two years, there were 5 residences (at least, I did not look at all 24 months) and one mailing address that actually was the DL Bureau. Two ballots were mailed out. One was “Failed To Vote” and the other was “Returned Mail”.
What happened to these ballots? Who made all these changes to the roll? Can we trust this mail in ballot system?
Case 2 Unaffiliated
The case of the mysterious mailing address.
Aug 2022 the HASH is deleted and the residence at that time was a vacant lot. Keeping in mind, this screen shot below is from 2023. Clearly, this was a vacant lot in 2022 according to the date on the map image.
The mailing address in Aug 2022 was this a commercial PO box.
Then in Sept 2022 is added back with a full Active status. Then in Nov 2022 is deleted but is added back in Dec 2022 with the status “Failed To Vote”. ( I don’t have Oct 2022). During this entire period of time the residence and mailing address do not change.
Now into 2023…in Aug 2023, the HASH is deleted but……if look at what was deleted, the mailing address had changed. Then in Sept 2023, it is added back with the original mailing address. Then it is deleted but added back in Oct 2023 with the same mailing address but with a slightly different syntax. Then that HASH is deleted and finally added back in Dec 2023 this time without a mailing address and the status changed from “Failed To Vote” to “Active”.
Apparently, this person who was registered at a vacant lot Failed To Vote from a commercial PO Box but the ensuing year did vote out of the commercial PO Box.
Again, can we trust this mail in ballot system?
Case 3
This person lives in a brand new home that has a mailing address that is at best questionable over a 12 month period.
The residential address which does not change.
In Sept 2022, the HASH is deleted and at that time, the mailing address is invalid. It can’t be located on a map. The status at that time confirmed this with “Undeliverable Ballot”. Great, sending ballots to bad addresses. How does a bad address even get entered into the database? Then in Nov 2022 it is added back this time with a PO Box address that is 68 miles away from this residence.
Then it is deleted but added back in Dec 2022 with the status “Failed To Vote”. So what happened with the Ballot that was delivered to this PO Box?
Moving on to Aug 2023, the HASH is deleted and at that time, the mailing address is again a bad address. How did that happen? Then in Sept 2023, it is added back this time with the the same mailing address at the same PO Box that is 68 miles away from the residence. Then in Oct 2023, it is deleted and added back again, this time with a bad mailing address only to be added back in Nov 2023 with the status Returned Mail. Of course it is Returned, the mailing address is bad.
If Amazon can ensure that mailing address are correct, why can’t our voter rolls be managed to ensure that address are legit and the syntax is correct.
Conclusion
I could go on and provide 1000’s of examples. There are over 20,000 Voters that show up on the “churn list” for both 2022 and 2023 periods that I examined. That is curious, isn’t it? The same people are updating their voter registration records during the same time of year over two successive years.
My next article is going to expand on this topic and look at a continuous 16 month period of churn…...Should be informative and leave you feeling satisfied with our mail in ballot system. LOL.

I placed a bet with a group of Patriots that EDA was Jovan. Doh!!! Thank God it was only a case of Old Milwaukee beer! Notwithstanding Jovan’s impossibly impetuous demeanor (first hand knowledge of this), my bet was placed upon the uniqueness and genius of your work.
To clarify, your articles are spot on, clearly written, and brilliantly researched. I wish you were on our analyst team. You are likely up to your eyeballs with requests. And among them, I humbly make mine.
I am very active in Virginia and a true conservative Republican. We have spent 10’s of thousands of hours cracking the code on a variety of ways they are cheating voters out of valid and accurate elections. We are building a ScoreCard or a report based on Virginia law 24.2, the GREB, and federal laws to make our case for litigating the matters at hand. We have scant voter data for Loudoun County and doing some initial queries of the data, but need some guidance to produce our analysis.
Is there any chance we could talk?
