Introduction
Question: Is CTCL misrepresenting the information on the IRS Form 990 stating that the PURPOSE of the grants were to help support the SAFE administration of public elections during the Covid-19 pandemic?
Background
This is Part XLII in The NGO Project series which examines the role NGOs had in determinative outcomes in the 2020 Presidential Election. In prior articles, I focused on the effect the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) had on AZ, CO, CT, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, ME, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NE, NM, NY, OH, OK< OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI and WY.
This article will solely focus on CTCL in Louisiana (LA).
What happens when CTCL spends very little money in a state? An example of this is LA.
2 of 64 Parishes received CTCL funding.
The $200,000 spent in Calcasieu Parish had effectively no impact in shifting to D. The 2020DIFF was -0.0134. This indicates an R shift in the D/R ratio between 2016 and 2020.
The $614,000 spent in Orleans Parish produced a 2020DIFF of 0.029 which potentially harvested about 4,300 D ballots.
Conclusion
CTCL issued ~$814,000 grants in LA to two Parish. The impact was minimal. Trump beat Biden by ~490,000 votes.
That is ~ $190/Vote. It might be interesting to see what the grants were spent on in Calcasieu and Orleans Parish. This $/vote total is quite high.
Not a good return on your investment if you are part of the election racketeering cabal.
