Meddling Kids,
Thanks for shutting off your Scooby Doo reruns for more deprogramming.
First, I would like to thank you for all of the hate email based on my Special Conspiracy Theorist Series. It is gratifying and confirms my suspicions.
You have figured me out. I am a deep state cabal infiltrator. Looking back at the 100+ Substack articles I have written over the past 3 years should convince you of that. What took you so long? I just wished I would have charged $$$$….damn it, too late.
Never mind…I know, you have been busy trying to create FAKE news around our hallowed Democratic process which is nurtured on the tit of reliable and accurate Voting Machines. This is why Voting Machines are truly CERTIFIABLE.
To accelerate your deprogramming, I have written this Haiku. Please repeat after me:
*******
Machine Code Is Good
Voting Machines Are Sterling
Deprogram Yourself
Paper Ballots Suck
Elections Aren’t Selections
MAGADonia!
******
I’ll keep the rest of my comments brief to not overtax your small minds and focus on FACTS….except to say, refer to the examples below of OUTSTANDING & FLAWLESS computer code development.
If you are honest with yourselves, this should finally….put to rest your fever dreams about counting the votes yourself on PAPER BALLOTS (laughable)….as if you are capable or ENTITLED to such nonsense in a Democracy.
To think counting votes on paper ballots is EASIER than what you will learn below is more absurd then denying Joe Biden is the legit President.
Don’t take my word for it because you can find the context for these excerpts here.
If you navigate to the Sheriff Dar Leaf’s X account, you will find files which contain emails from DVS.

[Saving Power for Climate Change]
He then attempted to load a standard BOE test election that he has used successfully in the past to confirm the machine behavior is consistent with previous versions. Unfortunately, he gets an error on the ICP display that shows for a very short time before the display starts to count down and powers off the machine.

[Sync Failure]
Machine booting up after polls are opened. When the ICP unit is booting up and the logs between CF1 and CF2 are out of sync the machine fails to start. 2020_REV_l, ICP In case of logs mismatch during the machine initialization, the firmware should synchronize/copy logs from CF1 (master) to CF2 (backup)
_______
[Database Recovery]
That report never finished and RTR and EED wouldn't respond any longer. Rebooted the server. After reboot, the project didn't appear in the list when opening RTR and looking at the database in SQL management we saw …the database was "in recovery". After about 45 minutes the database come online again and we could enter EED and RTR but when we tried to run a Summary Report all it does is show the spinning icon.
_______
[When All Else Fails…Reboot]
They rebooted the workstation, and the workstation did not reboot and froze for approximately 15 minutes. They then used the power button to power-cycle the machine, and attempted to re-launch EED and then received the attached error. They rebooted again and are still receiving the error. They've been unable to launch EED successfully since receiving this error.

[Paper Jam = Double Vote?]
The printer's paper jam response needs positive control in order to avoid issues such as: - Voting cast Errors; - Double votes; - Loss of vote receipt, or; - Any combination or errors that may jeopardize a voting session. This test ensures that the printer does not perform any actions other than those specified by the user.
_______
[W and Q Votes]
My assumption is that the "W" records should be the total write-in votes (resolved and unresolved) for the contest/precinct but currently these "W" records all have zeros in the "Votes" column. This happens regardless of whether the contest has qualified write-ins defined. The "Q" records, do seem to be reporting the votes correctly for those write-ins that have been resolved to qualified candidates.
_______
[Machines Count Better Than MagaDonians]
Contest "Alt delegate district 6 (REP)" is showing inconsistent count in result report when comparing ICP2 Result Report (Report by contest) and RTR Summary Report. The Contest was disabled in Cycle 2 and was re-enabled in cycle 3.
_______
[Paper Size. Really?]
The project requires paper size to be the letter, but on the printer, it was selected Custom paper size (dimensions larger than the letter), so printer returned this error: ! Pri nter status.png | thumbnail 1 It shouldn't mention: _Error -….
_______
[Government Forgets Too]
If a ballot is cross voted (the voter has made DEM and REP selections) they want to report the number of ballots that were cross voted. The partisan votes are invalid but the non partisan section is still tallied. ….. mentioned this was not available in 5.0 and believes the State forgot to check for it when the certified EMS 5.5. I have ran different reports from RTR and haven't been able to locate a machine Configuration option that reports this total either. Can you confirm this is not available in 5.5?

[Adjudication Works Most of the Time]
In states that have moved to solely, or mostly mail ballot voting, comprehensive analysis of voter intent has become a much larger consideration and need in terms of ballot resolution and adjudication. We have a couple examples that have been discovered in Colorado's statewide risk-limiting audit that prompt the discussion for how we can better handle these scenarios. Scenario 1: 1. In a 'Vote For One' contest, the voter changes their mind about their selection. 2. The "Instructions to Voter" at the top of the ballot instruct the voter to fill in the oval of their new selection entirely (thus prompting the ballot to be presented in Adjudication for resolution). However, the voter does not heed this instruction (see example/mock-up attached). This ballot now has been cast for the other candidate, and not presented for adjudication (unless by-chance the ballot was presented in Adjudication for some other reason and the adjudicators noticed this particular issue as well). Scenario 2: 1. In a 'Vote for 1+' contest the voter changes their mind about their selection. 2. Similarly as above, the voter does not fill in their new oval (but crosses out the candidate's name of their mistake OR….. The voter does not fill in enough ovals to result in an overvote. Thus, the vote gets cast for the candidate for which the voter did not intend to vote for. The ballot would only be resolved through adjudication if it were presented for some other reason, and this condition was also noticed and handled by the adjudicator. We need to have some discussion and exploration on the feasibility of 1. Assessing the entire ballot for stray marks OR 2. Assessing the entire ballot for marks outside of the expected ballot printing/text OR 3. Assessing just the area within the choice cells for marks outside of the expected ballot printing/text
_______
[Counting Paper Ballots is WAY More Difficult To Understand]
"In ATD if you select 'One Testdeck per Ballot Type' and leave the default tabulator selection (e.g. all tabulators selected), then ATD creates a deck or set of PDFs that is really confusing for the customer. This doesn't 'really' create a ballot type deck. It creates a deck for each type, for all of the tabulators in the selection. Because the precinct-level tabulators, with precinct-specific assignments are selected, ATD seems to be creating a deck for every ballot type, for every tabulator in the selection, which effectively creates a deck for every single precinct in the database (instead of what we were expecting - which was a deck containing only one ballot from each ballot type in the database)."
_______
[QR Codes Work on Bright White Paper Only?]
In AK, they are seeing some issues where the ICP will not read the QR code ballots if they are face-up, the ballots will only read if they are face-down. Noted that if the ballots are copied onto bright white copy paper, they can be read either face up orface down.
_______
[90% Is Close Enough]
It was noticed that when 2 PDF's generated through ICR and then printed on OKIC931 on staples paper with "actual size" gives misread on ICC 5.10-A TB, 1 out of 10 ballots scanned with error "QR Code signature mismatch". Orientation: Head First Facing Front Scanner: G2140 (Brightness 100 contrast 5)
Far too many continue to believe Denial is just some river in Egypt. For those who investigate and analyze multiple sources of information the truth is exposed. Software and machines are far from perfect especially when manipulated to perform differently than engineers intended.
More bs by the deep state! Voting machines are verifiably hackable and I would use them in any election all the way down to the dog catcher race!
