Check to see what was paid in property taxes. I’ve been finding deeds similar and they owe zero in taxes year after year. Very interesting.

And what will be more interesting is the company who holds the deeds for the state. Here in Florida it’s the same company (different division) who prints and nails our ballots. Pretty sure they’ll be altering those documents. Grab the data fast.

What do you mean by "company who holds the deeds for the state"?

So just as we were once surprised that our elections were being ran by third part vendors it turns out our tax and deed documents are also being stored and managed by third party vendors. I’m not sure how AZ is regarding FOIAs but perhaps ask your comptroller what company manages your counties documents.

I was just perusing your recorders website. Oddly enough the recorder and elections are on the same site. https://elections.maricopa.gov/

Elections, recorder and assessor actually. Are you saying it is likely the same IT contractor?

No. I think it’s different for AZ than it is in FL. Our deed and property tax records are maintained by a third party vendor. I’ve been researching phantom and deceased voters and I’m finding unusual and repeated transactions in deeds and highly unusual property tax records.
