I’m not sure how AZ is regarding FOIAs but perhaps ask your comptroller what company manages your counties documents.
No. I think it’s different for AZ than it is in FL. Our deed and property tax records are maintained by a third party vendor. I’ve been researching phantom and deceased voters and I’m finding unusual and repeated transactions in deeds and highly unusual property tax records.
Check to see what was paid in property taxes. I’ve been finding deeds similar and they owe zero in taxes year after year. Very interesting.
