Qanon adjacent election denying Juan O Savin Yellowstone fans,
Let’s get this out of the way….I ain’t referin here to your favorite pair of “Justins”. But now that I have your attention….
I am going to provide examples below of a technical “fix” that even the slowest hayseed amongst you can implement. It is called a system reboot. A reboot takes many forms.
Pressing the ON/Off button
Pressing the ON/OFF button two times
Pressing the ON/OFF button many times
Unplugging one item at a time
Unplugging many items at a time
Unplugging different combinations of items is random patterns
Cycling the power at the breaker box
Etc and so forth…
Because theses election machines were engineered by the BEST Serbian programmers money can BUY, these Serbians have decided to make your user experience as EASY and PLEASANT as possible.
That is why for the many scenarios described below, instead of calling an expensive TECH guy to enable an election, just REBOOT. Imagine the tax savings yielded by such a simple debugging technique. (I know, many of you are wailing now about the cost of the machines themselves….but you miss my point)
They have even (apparently) written REBOOT into the user guides!
Don’t take my word for it because you can find the context for these excerpts here.
If you navigate to the Sheriff Dar Leaf’s X account, you will find files which contain emails from DVS.

______
The counter should not have incremented and we confirmed with our and SLI's staff on-site that the counter on the ICX did not increment…..Rebooting server not a great solution but will need to make sure it is documented and bring it up..
______
Started failing after 590 files, ….. found the error and they rebooted the server. Error said too many files were open although files were not actually open, rebooting server closed the open files.
______
Same scenario as mention below (Taken from ICP-223) was observed multiple times on *ICP 5.5.31.1* (5.5-BT) CellGo modem sometimes causes the ICP LCD to reboot when being plugged in. This happens due to 5V voltage rail going down momentarily due to inrush current required by the reservoir caps of the modem. If LCD is on the screen that asks for the modem to be plugged in for transmission then it goes to the logo screen and stays there indefinitely, requiring a power cycle to resume operation.
______
The issue is that some of the ICXs are giving a printing error message when printing from a Chinese activated voting session. The message on-screen says "There is a problem printing your ballot. Please see election worker for help". The system then seems to be frozen at this point. A reboot does not address the issue (the ballot never prints).
______
we don't have a long term solution other than rebooting the server….
______
No guidance went out to the counties. We have a few counties having the static issue now. San Mateo is effected - they are instructing to reboot so it goes away but there is no guarantee it will go away (per Melissa). Do we reach out to the county now that LAT is over -18-20 counties are impacted.
______
Avision was rebooted again to solve this issue…
______
This error message is shown by the ICX, even after the AVision connection is established and permission is granted to the AVision by the ICX. The pop up message doesn't goes away until the Samsung note pro is hard rebooted.
______
Rebooted printer by continuously pressing green button with paper jam in place. ICX didn't recover….Rebooted printer by pressing green button with paper jam cleared. ICX didn't recover. Printer was in Ok state (only 1 green light) lit….Rebooted printer by removing power cable ICX didn't recover….Removed USB cable from printer & ICX. ICX didn't recover…..Recovery happened only when ICX was power cycled. Logs attached.
______
It was observed that on PW activated voting session, changing font on president contest *{color:red}"40-45"{color}* times from normal to big repeatedly, the application hangs on "please wait" (picture attached) on the ICX screen and does not recover after waiting several minutes, pulling poll worker card does not recover. Session can not be cancelled. Putting tech card kept showing "please wait". Upon pressing power physical button on the ICX Prime the restart option shows up on screen upon pressing restart the unit reboots.
______
They are reporting that units are intermittently crashing when loading election files and also in the middle of voting sessions. When loading election files, the screen will "blink" then return to the authentication screen with the message "Smart card reader detached." The machine must be rebooted at this point.

I don’t think I ever had to reboot / restart a pen or pencil when voting back in the day. The current systems sure make things difficult.
Here’s what happened in AZ. The crooks that run the election machines set the printers to resize the printed ballots so when the resized ballots got fed into the ballot reading devices, the devices couldn’t read the resized ballots. This isn’t a paper jam! It’s intentional fraud by setting the printers to print the wrong size ballots, knowing that the reading devices would kick out the ballots unread. This amounts to intentional fraud!
