Before reading this wrap up analysis, I would recommend reading the prior 3 articles linked in the Appendix on El Paso County.
The data reviewed here is limited to the Churn data set between July 2022 and Nov 2023. The Churn data set includes Voter ID HASH records that have been ADDED and DELETED over time. This does not mean the Voter ID record itself was added or deleted (although it could have been). It does mean that a HASH of the entire Voter record was changed in some way from period to period.
This does not prove fraud (got it trolls?). That is not the point. As we will see below, it does call into question if the changes being made reflect a voter registration database that is “in control.”
Whose “fingerprints” are all over the changes to the voter registration records?
Analysis
Before delving into specific voter records, let’s look at this overall data.
This chart means that there are 539 Voter records, for example, who have 10 instances in the Churn data set. In other words, 539 Voters has their records update 10 times in 16 months.
There are a total of 364,354 records in the Churn data set and here is the total distribution by number of changes. 364k is a BIG number. Who made these changes? Why were they made? Where were they made from? Is there an audit trail to explain 364k changes over 16 months? That is ~1,500 changes per month or ~ 350 per week or 70 updates per day on average. On average, about 8-10 Voter registration records are being updated PER MINUTE for 16 months.
The top chart shows the distribution by party of the voter roll which is consistent over the 16 months. Here I am just showing the 3 month period between Feb 2023 to April 2023 of the ENTIRE voter roll….not just the Churn data set.
Unaffiliated (UAF) make up ~ 50%, REP ~ 30%, DEM ~18% and OTHER ~2%.
Looking at the chart below that one which includes ONLY the Churn data set, tells a very different story. UAF typically make up 50-60% of the Churn data set with a spike to 65% of the Churn data set.
Why?
Am I to believe that UAF voters change their address more? Move more often? Get a different mailing address more often? Is there something about UAF humans that would drive a 15% surge in the Churn data set between a specific period of time (Mar 2023-May2023) up to 65%?
Is that NATURAL behavior?
Maybe there is and explanation. OK, great.
Show us the full audit trail. Case closed.
Ballots Mailed to Non-Citizens in Argentina?
Line15 July 2022
This person is registered at a college campus center residential address with a mailing address at the same college campus center on 11/3/2020….the day before the election. Wow, what a motivated UAF college student? Then in July 2022, the record is DELETED from the HASH set. Again, please understand what I am saying that DELETED and ADDED refer to the HASH set only. Last time I will mention that.
Line16 Aug 2022
In Aug 2022, using the same college campus mailing address the record is added back with a status Inactive Undeliverable Ballot. So the ballot went to the college campus center and then what happened to it? Why is an Undeliverable address even being used in the database?
Line17 Sept 2022
Then in Sept 2022, that record is deleted.
Line18 Nov 2022
Then in Nov 2022, the record is added back but this time with a mailing address of Argentina. You can check yourself but this looks to be an apartment complex in Buenos Aires. Is this person even a citizen?
Line19 March 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line20 April 2023
Then that same record is added back EXCEPT this time it is added back with a single empty space after the B. “DEPO B” becomes “DEPO B_“. Weird huh? Who made that update and why?
Line21 July 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line22 Aug 2023
Then the record is added back this time with just the city named, no street address. AZCUENACA. Lovely place indeed. Is this the post office?
LINE23 September 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line24 September 2023
Finally, this saga ends with a return to the same mailing address as line 18, without the mysterious blank space.
What exactly is going on here? A lack of a coherent explanation is NOT acceptable.
70 Miles Between Residence and Mailing Address?
Imagine having to drive 70 miles to pick up your mail?
This person showed up in a prior article and I wanted to include them again here as an example of an address that is being changed over the entire 16 month period.
Line20 July 2022
The record is deleted using a PO box for a mailing address. The mailing address does not come up on a map and is 40 miles away from the residential address. Notice, this person decided to register just prior to the 2016 election on 10/25/2016…Wow.
Line21 Aug 2022
The status changes to Undeliverable Ballot which confirms the mailing address is bad. Why does the database admin permit bad address to be entered? What happened to that ballot? This person cared enough to register just prior to the 2016 election and put in a bad address? How careless.
Line22 Sept 2022
Then that record is deleted.
Line23 Nov 2022
The record is added back with a PO Box mailing address that is 70 miles from the residence. This is a USPS center.
Line24 Nov 2022
Then that record is deleted.
Line25 Dec 2022
Then the records is added back with a status of Failed To Vote. Where did the ballot go? Was it disposed of properly?
Line26 Mar 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line27 Apr 2023
Then the record is added back and the only change is a single blank space after the PO Box number. Who added the blank space and why?
Line28 Jul 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line29 Aug 2023
The record is added back with the same mailing address as line 23 but this time….no street address, just the PO Box number.
Line30 Aug 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line31 Sept 2023
The record is added back with the same mailing address as line 25 and this time the blank space is removed.
Line32 Oct 2023
Then that record is deleted.
Line33
The record is added back with almost the same mailing address as line 29 but this time the zip code is updated.
Line34
Then that record is deleted.
Line35
Finally, the record is added back with a status change to Inactive Returned Mail
Conclusion
I could go on with dozens of examples. Let me end with an analogy for the simple minded trolls who may have stuck around this far.
I was sitting on my porch one day and saw just a few black ants. I literally followed them to a point where they were climbing behind a spot on the aluminum siding. I removed a section of siding and found many more ants. I called in a professional to investigate and they said that all of the siding was going to have to be peeled away to find how far back the ants had gone to nest. When he was done, 50% of the front of the house had to be stripped back to the “good wood”.
What a mess.
All discovered by observing just a few black ants.
That is REALLY what this is all about.
Why for what purpose is the voter “routinely” deleted and added? The 3 peak graph routine looks suspect as heck. Keeping the rolls packed by routinely adding/deleting without changes in “Active/Inactive” status is like saving for a rainy day (to be used as needed if voter is Inactive during election). Just as registering high school kids were allowed to register even though they knowingly could not vote in the 2020 elections. Their existence offered opportunity/slight of hand, to be a printed ballot. IMHO
How is it that the line graph Dems seem to always change in the opposite direction of other parties? Am I to believe that voters are changing party affiliation that often?
